Finag hunting ground

"Finag" hunting ground was founded in 1995 and is considered as one of the finest hunting grounds in Croatia and in Europe as well. It is located in a district of Bjelovar and Bilogora, about 100 kilometres from Zagreb, on the road from Garesnica to Bjelovar. Traffic communication with the rest of the Croatia is good, so you can arrive by taking the motor-road to Kutina and then highroad to Virovitica or Grubisno polje.

"Finag" hunting ground includes lowlands and highlands of northern hill-sides of Moslavacka gora and is spread on the area of 4.500 ha. There are two hunting areas, one for the fallow deer and the other for the wild boars. A lot of different game is raised; phaesants, hares, roe-buck game, red deer, fallow deer, wild boar and mouflon. Especially interesting is combined hunting: deer and wild boar hunting which draws attention of hunters from Croatia and foreign countries.

About the hunting ground

Beside of wealth of game, "Finag" hunting ground also has over 50 shooting stands and over 150 feeding places at its disposal. Shooting from stands offers complete hunting pleasure, but wide-open hunting also presents a big challenge. A proffesional team of hunters takes care of perfect conditions on the hunting ground and the team is headed by Vladimir Naglic who is also manager of Finag d.d. Besides safety, quality of hunting ana accomodation, great deal of attention is given to raising the game, therefore most of the facilities is of breeding nature.

The way of hunting

Only hunting guns and ammunition can be used as defined by the hunting law. For small game yyou can use only smoothe bores and for the big game hunting only rifled barrels.
